The Player Coach & Company is an organization of professional coaches, trainers, and consultants who provide core business services designed to improve client Performance. The company was founded by David Edstrom in 1999 and is headquartered in Savannah, Georgia.

The company's core values are based upon the philosophy that "The Key To Success Is To Help Others Achieve Success." Our clients include businesses of all sizes, executives and sales professionals.

The company offers three basic services referred to as The Performance Solution which includes Skills Development, Personal Development, and Business Development strategies. Each service is designed to address a specific segment of the Performance Formula.

Each geographic market is led by an Associate Player Coach who is responsible for recruiting Marketing Partners and working with clients to develop new business.

At the core of the company is a one of a kind internet based software program that integrates key components of The Performance Solution and allows members to communicate with each other to share ideas, information, resources and contacts. This program turns networking into a science and a system that anyone can implement.
