Associate Area Player Coach (AAPC)

The Associate Area Player Coach (AAPC) is an Executive Player REP who is qualified for and has been appointed to assume the responsibility for the growth and development of a specific marketing area defined by ZIP code (s). Each AAPC agrees to a specific performance standard and receives overrides based upon that standard, The AAPC is also responsible for recruiting, training, and development of all REPS in his/her assigned area.

The AAPC is a member of The Player Coach Leadership Team and is a key player in the distribution system.  The Associate Area Player Coach (Account Manager) is an Executive Player REP who is responsible for Business Development within a specific zip code (s). For example, in the map above, ZIP 31314 is the AOR for an Associate Area Player Coach. He/she is responsible for all recruiting and productivity with this geographic area. The AAPC, APC, and the home office will agree on standards to be achieved and maintained within this area.

In order to qualify for this position, a candidate must first demonstrate the ability to operate as:
Executive Player
LINK/REP
The Executive Player REP must:
Appoint 10 REPS within 90 days of appointment
Maintain productivity standards
The Associate Area Player Coach may become a candidate to become an Area Player Coach.
