The Performance Equation was developed by Self Management Plus located in in Toronto, Canada. PLUS Corporation is the premier provider of self-management training. After years of study and thousands of individual profiles, SMG concluded that performance is a function of three factors:

Environment is the community within which you operate, the organization for whom you work, the people with whom you interact, and basically everything around you. The environment creates the opportunities to explore!

Talent exists in two forms Inherent and Trainable . Inherent is your potential or natural skills, those that you are born with, and Trainable or learned skills are those that you develop.

Attitude is the commitment that you make to achieve your objectives It is your thoughts while Effort is your actions. An individual can have great opportunities, have great talent, but if the attitudea is not there and the effort is not made, very little happens!
